B.I.C (Cambodia) Bank Plc. (“BIC Bank”) is a commercial bank incorporated on November 14th 2017 under the Cambodian Law on Commercial Enterprises and licensed under the regulation of the National Bank of Cambodia (“NBC”). BIC Bank obtained the NBC license on July 18th 2018 and commenced operations at its first branch in Monivong Boulevard, Phnom Penh, on August 8th 2018.
BIC Bank was originally established by Asia Investment and Financial Services Sole Co., Ltd. of Lao PDR, Paradise Investment Co., Ltd of Cambodia and PrimeStreet Advisory Co., Ltd of Thailand. On September 29th 2020, The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) granted the approval to transfer all shares held by Paradise Investment Co., Ltd (Cambodia) and PrimeStreet Advisory Co., Ltd (Thailand) to Mr. Yim Leak, further strengthening the shareholder’s commitment of BIC Bank’s vision and mission.
